We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented  female administrative to join the Artisan Craft team. She will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and ensuring smooth operations within the company. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

  • Office operations management, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Preparation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for management.
  • Performing other administrative duties assigned to the company.
  • Coordination of services and site visits, delivery, and transportation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or any related field.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  •  Familiarity with construction processes, permits, and finishing.  
  • The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at the same time.

  • Experience in handling documents, procurement, and office coordination.
